]]> NEW YORK – Congratulations to NYC Project Executive Matthew Burger for being named a Rising Star in New York’s City and State in Real Estate/ Construction on City’s and State’s 2021 list. Burger was promoted to his role as Project Executive in 2020 and has shown strong leadership qualities since joining Consigli as a project engineer.

I was 24 years old when I moved out of Puerto Rico, and when the opportunity came up to work in a city setting, it was exciting, especially in a transitional time for Consigli.
